NTT Com DD Corporation hereby announces that, following a resolution at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on November 26th, 2025, we have decided to change our company name as follows, effective January 1st, 2026.

- New Corporate Brand Logo
In accordance with the company name change, we will also be updating our corporate brand logo.

- Reason for the Change
In accordance with the establishment of NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS’s new corporate identity, we have decided to adopt our company name and corporate brand logo to embody the sense of unity as the “NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS Group.” To further leverage the synergies of the NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS Group and enhance the value we provide to our customers, we will change the company name to NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS DATA, Inc.
We will continue to provide system integration services for ICT infrastructure to our clients, including Japanese subsidiaries of global companies and large Japanese corporations. Furthermore, through collaboration with the NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS Group, we intend to promote our values to mid-sized and small business clients as well.
The new company name combines the group name “NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS” with “DATA.” It inherits our founding mission from the Datacraft and Dimension Data eras—to provide the infrastructure that handles our customers’ data (information assets).
＊The new company name and corporate brand logo are scheduled to be implemented starting January 1st, 2026. However, some references to the former company name and corporate brand logo may remain after this date, and we will gradually transition these over time.
