[Final and restored] Outage Notification (11 July) | Service Desk email outage

Dear Customer

We appreciate your choice to use our services at NTT Service Desk.

Our Service Desk has experienced the following problem,
The Service Desk has been restored and is now able to receive email.

Incident Date and Time:
from approximately 09:00 AM July 4, 2024 to 08:30 AM July 5, 2024

Issue Description:
There has been a problem with the Service Desk’s email system which has prevented the reception of emails,
The Service Desk address was unable to receive email but is now able to receive email.
All emails received during the outage have also been acknowledged.

The cause of the outage has been analysed and is due to human error as follows.

<Cause> Human error in the email distribution settings in the receiving system.

Based on the cause of this outage, we will work to prevent a recurrence.
No information security incidents have been confirmed as a result of this failure.
